Perfume Me offers independently produced fragrances inspired by well-known scent profiles. Perfume Me is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any designer brands, manufacturers, or trademark owners. All trademarks and brand names referenced belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for identification and descriptive purposes only.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our:

  • Shipping & Delivery Policy
  • Return & Refund Policy

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site.

Perfume Me products are independently developed fragrances inspired by well-known scent characteristics.

Our products:

  • Are not presented as original branded products
  • Are independently formulated and prepared

Fragrance perception is subjective. Variations in scent perception, longevity, projection, and performance may occur based on individual skin chemistry and environmental factors.

All products are intended for external cosmetic use only.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions are accurate; however, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or information are error-free or current at all times.

6. CUSTOM-PREPARED PRODUCTS

All Perfume Me products are prepared, finalized, or filled upon confirmed order.

Due to their custom-prepared and hygiene-sensitive nature:

  • Products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.

7. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by the Company.

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

A binding contract is formed only when:

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping details
  • Paying applicable customs duties and import charges

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned due to unpaid customs duties, or destroyed by authorities, the order may be considered fulfilled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Refunds may be available only in cases such as:

Perfume Me is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse.

Customers are encouraged to conduct patch testing before full application.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perfume Me and RSRS General Trading Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses arising from use of products
  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Third-party service interruptions

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We are not responsible for third-party services including payment processors, shipping carriers, and external websites. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
