Delivery & Shipping Policy

“Perfume Me” (“Store”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) are offering to ship and deliver our Generic Perfumes (the “product(s)”) to all over the World. All orders placed under “Perfume Me” will be processed and dispatched Within 4 to 7 working days after receiving payments and depending on the availability of raw materials. Delivery time can be varying depending on the location of our Consumer (“You”, “Your”, “Their”). We will initiate an initial approx. delivery time in your order confirmation. We will not be liable for any uncertain late delivery. For shipping, we are using the most common and fastest postal or currier services suitable for our consumer’s location.

By purchasing any product from us you acknowledge and accept that the Product prices do not include any delivery fees shown independently with the product price on the website and will be added to the final receipt when the checkout will be performs.

Following terms and policies will apply to delivery and shipping our products to our domestic and international consumer.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE STATE OF KUWAIT:

We are offering our product(s) delivery to almost all areas in the State of Kuwait. We ensure that your order(s) delivered within a reasonable amount of time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

Our products may not be available for delivery to some Countries or Regions. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported or delivered to the destination country or region.

Also, many couriers are refusing to ship perfumes (containing alcoholic perfume) as they consider it as dangerous goods. So, due to unviability of the courier services to your given shipping address, our product may not deliver to you. In those circumstances, we will notify you of these restrictions or unviability shortly before your order is specified or shortly after your request.

The List or Number of Countries for delivery of product will depend on courier acceptance to ship the product.

By purchasing any product from us you acknowledge and accept that

      • You will deem to be the importers of record and liable to comply with all Law, Rules and regulations of your country or Region. And you may subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees or any other additional applicable charges for customs clearance by your Country.
      • Import taxes, customs duties and fees or any other additional applicable charges only will apply to you when a shipment reaches to your Country.
      • Perfume-Me have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Customs duties and clearance fees policies vary from Country to Country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME:

We make every effort to provide the products within the estimated delivery time, All Domestic order will be processed and delivered to you within 3-5 business days and All International order will be processed within 4-7 business days and delivery time will depend on the available delivery method to the destination shipping address, except any accidental delays occur due to uncertain circumstances, and in this case we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the products within the estimated delivery time.

No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, The Processing and delayed may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

CONFORMATION OF DELIVERY AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has processed and shipped containing a tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS AND LOST ORDERS DURING DELIVERY:

We package everything extremely well to avoid any damages to our products and basically we do everything we can to keep what you have purchased safe. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If however the shipment carrier refuse you claim, then contact us and please allow us 14 days to carry out an investigation, we will do our best to rectify the situation.

In case an order is lost please allow us 4 weeks to carry out an investigation, if we found any negligence or fault from our side we will refund or resend the order according to your wishes

SHIPPING DELAYS

Any delays of delivery of product beyond the original estimated delivery dates caused by custom checks or maintain the customs clearance procedures at your country is not our fault and We are not liable for any such delay caused by customs of your Country. We will always take reasonable effort to deliver your orders on time, as we want you to be happy with us and our service but sometimes there are extreme circumstances which we cannot control.

CANCELATION AND RETURNED OF ORDERS

In case if you cancel any order or request for any exchange, in such case you are liable to return the canceled exchange requested order to us with your own cost including but not limited to delivery fee, importer taxes, customs duties & fees and to the same address it’s originally shipped or delivered to you, unless we provide any other address.

We do not accept returns upon cancelation or exchange request if you wish not to pay all the applicable delivery fee, importer taxes, customs duties & fees. Any imposed delivery & shipping, importer taxes, custom clearing charged or customs duties & fees are nonrefundable for all canceled orders.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Please realize when you placed any order to our store, you have entered into a contract with us, so please do not refuse your shipment. If however you do refuse your shipment our policy is to keep the applicable delivery fee, importer taxes, customs duties & fees that may be incurred.
