Our Commitment

At Perfume Me, owned and operated by RSRS General Trading (License No. 2019/34956), we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made perfumes and related products tailored to your order. To ensure freshness and quality, all products are produced or finalized after receiving an order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges, but we will consider returns or refunds in specific circumstances, as outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only if:

  1. The product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect (e.g., wrong product sent).
  2. The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Non-Eligibility for Returns

We cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  1. Products have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
  2. The product does not meet the customer’s personal preference (e.g., scent variation from expectations).
  3. Requests are made beyond 14 days of receiving the order.
  4. Products that are custom-made or produced specifically per order, unless they are defective or damaged.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be processed for approved return requests after inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and exclude shipping costs.
  • If the returned product is found ineligible (e.g., used, damaged by the customer, or non-defective), it will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
  • For international returns, customers are also responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.

Special Cases

  1. Incorrect Products:
    If you receive the wrong product, please leave it unopened and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund if a replacement is unavailable.

  2. Damaged Products During Shipping:
    If your product arrives damaged, retain the original packaging and contact us with photos of the product and packaging to facilitate resolution.

  3. Defective Products:
    If the product is faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund after inspection. Refunds are only issued if the original product cannot be replaced.


How to Request a Return

  1. Order number
  2. Full name
  3. Contact details (email and phone number)
  4. Reason for return
  5. Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Failure to provide this information may delay processing your request.


Processing Returns and Refunds

  1. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  3. Refunds will exclude original shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
