Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

We, “Perfume Me” owned and operated by “RSRS General Trading (Licensee no. 2019/34956) promise to provide quality products only. We hope that you enjoy your purchase(s), but in case for any reason you are not happy with our products, we are happy to accept a return or exchange. We provide the option to exchange or return products with a full refund for unused and original condition products with original packaging and tag attached within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We guarantee a full money back refund or exchange subject to the following

RETURN POLICY:

To be eligible for Return or Exchange or refund the Products should be returned in their original branded boxes, placed inside a parcel box when being shipped and the Product(s) must be returned without opening and/or must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number), and your confirmation email or mobile number.   1. The purchased product(s) not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  2. The purchased product(s) to be returned or exchanged are not matching the ordered product and/or have defects that were not apparent at the time of purchase.
  3. The purchased product(s) is returned more than fourteen (14) days after delivery.
  4. The purchased product(s) is not in the same condition when purchased from us.
  5. The purchased product(s) have used it in any way.

We will have the right to refuse the Exchange or refund request because the product that was returned is not in its original packaging or the product has been used or damaged. We reserve the right, and we will inform the customer immediately after returned product inspection.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

In the following ground we may accept return or exchange request or Issue refund 

  1. Incorrect Product:All orders are picked and checked prior to sending. In the very rare instance that an incorrect product has been shipped, please leave the item unopened and contact us. We will replace the product. The product must be unopened and unused, and in its original sealed resalable condition. Any opened products, regardless if wrongly sent, are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  2. Damaged During Shipping: Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if the product arrives damaged, please contact us to assess the damage and to work out a solution. Please don’t dispose of the product or packaging. The delivery box and damaged goods must be kept. You may be requested to provide a photograph of the product and delivery package to investigate the damage claim and aid a speedy resolution.
  3. Faulty or Damaged Products: If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty, we will make every effort to replace the faulty product with a new one or you will be provided with a full refund upon inspection. Any refunds for such faulty or damaged products would be issued only if we can’t replace the original product that the customer ordered. Please don’t dispose of the product or packaging. Contact us with a detailed description of the products fault and a photo.

We will not accept any exchange for any used, tag removed and packaging damaged product(s). We do not allow cancellations in order once it has been placed as the items are put in containers and it causes us losses.  If you request to exchange for your change of mind, you need to manage the safe return and shipping cost. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund in case of misuse or neglect.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUESTING PROCESS:

To request any return or exchange a product please contact us through our contact us form or email us at  info@perfume-me.com with the following information

  1. A copy of your order
  2. Order No
  3. Your Full name
  4. Email address
  5. Phone number
  6. Reason for return/exchange

Failure to include this information will delay processing and/or your return will be sent back to you. We are unable to mail return labels to international addresses. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We may refuse any refund or exchange without any purchase proof and for any product(s) damaged by the recipient. Please note we will not accept any return request for any previously exchanged product(s) with no default or for the further change of mind.

EXCHANGE OR REFUND ISSUING PROCESS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned items. If approved, then your exchange or refund will be processed accordingly. In case of refund will issue you refund with the total amount for the returned items minus the shipping and delivery costs. Any payments made online will be refunded only through the original mode of payment. (i.e.: if you made a payment with your Tap or Visa or MasterCard Credit/Debit Card, you can’t request the refund to be made in cash or a bank wire transfer or to a different payment method). Any refund amounts will be sent to the customer minus the shipping and delivery costs.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund for your faulty product, first check your Tap or Visa and MasterCard Credit/Debit Card. Then contact your Payment Method Company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@perfume-me.com 

DISPUTE MANAGEMENT:

If there is any dispute or complain about or involving the Return, Refund and Exchange issue, it will be managed by our support center first. If matters progress to a legal stage then our attorney will arrange a time to talk to the user. To the extent, any complaint, dispute or controversy regarding the Return, Refund and Exchange will be resolved exclusively in accordance with this policy.
