DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PREPARATION

All Perfume Me products are custom-prepared upon confirmed payment.

  • Preparation time: 2–4 business days
  • Business days: Sunday–Thursday (excluding public holidays in Kuwait)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Preparation time is separate from courier transit time.

2. SHIPPING FEES

Product prices displayed on the website do not include delivery charges unless explicitly stated.

Shipping fees:

  • Are calculated at checkout
  • Are displayed before payment is completed
  • Depend on destination, product type, and order weight

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that shipping fees are charged separately where applicable.

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery consists of:

  • Preparation: 2–4 business days
  • Transit: Courier delivery time after dispatch

Perfume Me is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, regulatory inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

4. SHIPPING METHODS

We use reliable courier services including, but not limited to:

  • DHL
  • Aramex
  • PostaPlus
  • Kuwait Post
  • Other authorized carriers depending on destination

Shipping method selection depends on destination, product classification, and regulatory conditions.

5. DANGEROUS GOODS (DG) CLASSIFICATION

Alcohol-based perfumes may be classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) by certain couriers. As a result:

  • Some products may not be eligible for shipment to certain destinations.
  • Courier acceptance and regulatory restrictions may change without notice.

If shipping is not possible to a specific address, customers will be informed and appropriate arrangements or refunds will be offered.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS & IMPORT RESPONSIBILITY

For international orders:

  • The customer is considered the Importer of Record.
  • The customer is responsible for compliance with local import laws.

Import duties, customs taxes, VAT, clearance fees, and related charges:

  • Are not included in product or shipping prices.
  • Are payable by the customer upon arrival.

Perfume Me has no control over customs procedures or fees.

 

7. REMOTE AREA DELIVERY CHARGES (RAS)


Some delivery locations may be classified as remote or extended areas by courier companies. In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply. If your shipping address falls within a remote area, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional charges.

8. REFUSED, ABANDONED, OR DESTROYED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is:

  • Refused by the customer,
  • Abandoned,
  • Returned due to unpaid customs duties,
  • Returned due to incorrect address,
  • Destroyed by customs authorities,

Then:

  • The order shall be considered fulfilled.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • No refund will be issued for destroyed or confiscated shipments.
  • Any additional courier or customs charges remain the customer’s responsibility.

9. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Perfume Me is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a shipment is returned due to address error, re-shipping fees will apply.

10. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

All products are carefully packaged to minimize risk.

If a shipment arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours.
  • Provide supporting photos and order details.

Claims are subject to courier investigation and applicable shipping policies.

If a shipment is lost:

  • An investigation period may apply.
  • Resolution (replacement or refund) will depend on the outcome of the investigation and applicable circumstances.

11. FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY

Free shipping eligibility is based on destination country and minimum order value.

Qualification:

  • Applies only when the required minimum order value is met.
  • Does not guarantee eligibility for all product categories (DG restrictions may apply).
  • Is subject to change based on courier acceptance and regulatory conditions.

Perfume Me reserves the right to modify free shipping thresholds without prior notice.

12. FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLDS

The table below shows the minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping, based on the destination country.

Product Categories

DG (Dangerous Goods): Alcohol-based perfumes.
NDG (Non-Dangerous Goods): All other products, including water-based perfumes, oil-based fragrances, and accessories.

Important Information

  • Shipping eligibility, methods, and restrictions vary by country and are subject to local regulations and courier policies.
  • Qualification for free shipping does not guarantee that all product types can be shipped to every destination.
  • If shipping restrictions apply, customers will be contacted to discuss alternative arrangements.

13. RELATIONSHIP TO RETURN POLICY

This Shipping Policy governs logistics and delivery matters only. Return eligibility, refund conditions, and withdrawal rights are governed exclusively by the Return & Refund Policy.

Language Version

These policies are provided in both Arabic and English for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the two versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
